How to Book an Appointment

1. Get a referral from your family physician or nurse practitioner.
2. Your family physician or nurse practitioner will order your dating ultrasound and prenatal bloodwork. All required tests are included in the referral form. Please complete the patient questionnaire here, print the document and bring it with you to your first appointment.
3. After your family provider sends the referral to the RMMC, the clinic will then call you to book your initial appointment. Please wait for their call. We book appointments according to due date. Typical wait times for first appointments is 6-8 weeks. Please keep seeing your primary care provider during this waiting period. Remember to let us know if you require translation services.
4. If you do not have a family physician or nurse practitioner, you can go to a walk-in clinic to get a referral or you can use this page to Find a Doctor. Email or click here to use the Health Connect Registry to register to get a family doctor or nurse practitioner.
