For prenatal appointments, come to the Ridge Meadows Maternity Clinic. We are located across the street from Triple Tree Nursery and in the building next to Mageta Medical Clinic. We have ample free parking.

For labour and delivery, please call the Maternity Ward at 604-463-1818 prior to going to the Ridge Meadows Hospital at 11666 Laity St, Maple Ridge. The registration desk is on the main floor and the maternity ward is located on 2 North.

How to Book an Appointment

  1. Get a referral from your family physician or nurse practitioner.
  2. Your family physician or nurse practitioner will order your required dating ultrasound and bloodwork. All required tests are included in the referral form. Please complete the patient questionnaire here, print the document and bring it with you to your first appointment.
  3. After your family provider sends the referral to the RMMC, the clinic will then call you to book your initial appointment. Please wait for their call. We book appointments according to due date. Typical wait times for first appointments is 6-8 weeks. Please keep seeing your primary provider during this waiting period. Remember to let us know if you require translation services.
  4. If you do not have a family physician or nurse practitioner, you can go to a walk-in clinic to get a referral or you can use this page to Find a Doctor. Email or click here to use the Health Connect Registry to register to get a family doctor or nurse practitioner. The referral form can be found here.
